摘　　要：中国特色社会主义检察制度是国家治理体系的重要组成部分,它不仅涉及检察相关法律法规、体制机制的建设与协调,还包含运用多种方式和手段实现良法善治的社会治理目标。通过价值比较和实证分析方法,有助于厘清中国特色社会主义检察制度的基本特征,彰显执政党和国家在检察工作中的主导作用。中国特色社会主义检察制度坚持人民中心主义价值取向,制度供给丰富且社会治理能效彰显,始终在开放融合中自我革新发展。巩固和发展新时代中国特色社会主义检察制度,有助于实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。The socialist procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics is an important part of China's national governance system.It not only involves the construction and coordination of related procuratorial laws,regulations,and institutional mechanisms,but also includes the use of various methods and means to achieve the goal of social governance based on good law and good governance.Using the methods of value comparison and empirical analysis is helpful to clarify the basic characteristics of the socialist procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics and demonstrate the leading role in the procuratorial work performed by the ruling party and the state.Characterized by its value orientation of people-centeredness,and abundant institutional supplies and the high efficiency of social governance,the socialist procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics has always been self-innovating and developing in an open integration.Consolidating and developing the socialist procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics in the new era is sure to help modernize China's governance system and capacity.
