摘  要:针对电解加工可能出现的发动机叶片进、排气边缘加工误差问题,以与叶片边缘尺寸去除量相仿的镍基合金GH4169薄片为材料,采用电火花加工进行工艺参数优化研究。在粗加工阶段,施加振动辅助,以脉宽、峰值电流、振幅和振动频率四个因素进行正交实验L16(44)来研究最佳的工艺参数;在精加工阶段,以电源电压、峰值电流和脉宽为影响因素进行单因素实验优化分析。实验结果显示:在粗加工阶段,以黄铜作为工具电极,采用脉宽4μs、峰值电流30 A、振幅0.9μm、振动频率1000 Hz的工艺参数优化组合,得到的材料去除率可达12.413 mm3/min、重铸层厚度约为19.75μm;在精加工阶段,采用工艺参数组合为电源电压120 V、峰值电流10A、脉宽0.5μs,得到的工件表面粗糙度可达Ra0.8μm、重铸层厚度约为2.9μm,满足了加工效率和精度的要求。In order to solve the problem of machining error of leading and trailing edges of engine blade in electrochemical machining(ECM),the paper is to optimize the process parameters of nickel alloy(GH4169)sheet with the same size of blade edge by electrical discharge machining(EDM).In the rough machining,the vibration of electrode is applied to assist machining to improve the material removal rate(MRR)and avoid the occurrence of arcing or short circuit in EDM.Orthogonal experiment L16(44)is used to optimize the process parameters of pulse width,peak current,amplitude and vibration frequency.In the finish machining,there are few factors such as power supply voltage,peak current and pulse width involved in finish machining.The single factor optimization is used to experimental results.The results show that the MRR reaches to 12.413 mm3/min and the recast layer thickness was about 19.747μm when the optimal parameters of pulse width of 4μs,the peak current of 30 A,the amplitude of 0.9μm and the vibration frequency of 1000 Hz in rough machining by using brass as the tool electrodeand.The results also show that the surface roughness of finished workpiece was 0.8μm and the recast layer thickness was about 2.899μm,when the power supply voltage was 120 V,the peak current was 10 A and the pulse width was 5μs in finish machining.
