摘  要:利用DSC曲线、凝固曲线、扫描电镜(SEM+EBSD)和透射电镜(TEM)研究了低凝固速率时Y元素对ZL114A合金中共晶Si的变质机理。结果表明,在低凝固速率时,随着Y元素的添加,ZL114A合金的共晶Si由板片状变为细化纤维状;Y元素的添加缩短了共晶Si形核生长所需要的时间;Y元素的添加在共晶Si生长界面前沿产生了成分过冷,增加了共晶Si的形核核心;Y元素没有诱导共晶Si中孪晶的生成。The modification mechanism of eutectic Si in ZL114A alloy by Y element at a low solidification rate was studied by DSC curve, solidification curve, scanning electron microscopy(SEM+EBSD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that at a low solidification rate, with the addition of Y element, the eutectic Si of ZL114A alloy changes from plate to fine fiber. The addition of Y element shortens the time needed for eutectic Si nucleation growth. The addition of Y element produces component supercooling at the front of eutectic Si growth interface, which increase the nucleation cores of eutectic Si. Y element does not induce the formation of twins in eutectic Si.
