摘 要:采用放电等离子烧结(SPS)制备了以TiC_(0.7)N_(0.3)为硬质相、Co-Ni为粘结剂、WC+Mo/Mo_(2)C+NbC为添加剂的金属陶瓷刀具材料,研究了Mo/Mo_(2)C对其物相组成、显微结构、力学性能、切削性能、磨损形貌与磨损机理的影响。结果表明,干式切削45钢,达到磨损标准时,添加Mo_(2)C的刀具寿命为230 min,为添加Mo的刀具寿命的2.3倍。两种刀具的主要磨损形式均为后刀面磨损、沟槽磨损和刀尖磨损,主要磨损机理为粘结磨损和氧化磨损。添加Mo_(2)C的刀具抗粘结磨损性能更好,因而刀具寿命更长。Ceramic tool materials with TiC_(0.7)N_(0.3) as hard phase, Co-Ni as binder, WC+Mo/Mo_(2)C+NbC were prepared by discharge plasma sintering(SPS). The effects of Mo/Mo_(2)C on phase composition, microstructure, mechanical properties,cutting properties, wear morphology and wear mechanism were studied. The results show that when dry cutting 45 steel reaches the wear standard, the tool life of adding Mo_(2)C is 230 min, which is 2.3 times as long as that of Mo. The main wear forms of the two kinds of tools are the wear of the flank, the wear of the groove and the wear of the tool tip, and the main wear mechanism is the adhesive wear and the oxidation wear. The tool with Mo_(2)C has better bond wear resistance, so the tool life is longer.
