摘 要:在模具钢H13表面分别电镀4种硅含量为1.6%、4.4%、7.5%、10.8%的CrAlSiN薄膜。利用X光绕射分析仪、场发射扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、压痕实验仪与磨耗试验机对不同硅含量镀膜进行组织和性能的分析。通过在680℃A380铝合金溶液中浸泡,分析模具钢H13薄膜的抗热侵蚀性。结果表明:4种不同硅含量的CrAlSiN镀膜均为CrN单相柱状晶结构,晶粒尺寸随硅含量增加而减小;较低硅含量的CrAlSiN薄膜具有较低的硬度与较高的表面粗糙度,较高硅含量的CrAlSiN薄膜具有较高的硬度与弹性系数,表面粗糙度低并具有较低的摩擦系数;硅含量4.4%的CrAlSiN薄膜具有较佳的耐铝侵蚀能力。Four kinds of CrAlSi nitride coatings with Si content of 1.6%, 4.4%, 7.5% and 10.8% were electroplated on H13 die steel. Using X-ray diffraction analyzer, field emission scanning electron microscope, indentation tester, scratch tester and abrasion tester, the microstructure and properties of the coating with different silicon content were analyzed. The heat erosion resistance of H13 coating of die steel was tested by immersion test at 680 ℃ A380 aluminum alloy solution. The results show that: four kinds of CrAlSi coatings with different silicon content are all CrN single-phase columnar crystal structure, and the grain size decreases with the increase of silicon content. The CrAlSi coating with lower silicon content has lower hardness and higher surface roughness, while CrAlSi coating with higher silicon content has higher hardness and elastic coefficient, and lower surface roughness and lower friction coefficient. The CrAlSi coating with Si content of 4.4% has a better resistance to aluminum erosion resistance.
