摘  要:研究了车削、磨削、螺栓孔结构对钛合金紧固件蓝色阳极氧化的影响。通过优化加工工艺,在阳极氧化前增加喷砂消除表面差异,酸腐蚀后进行超声清洗去除孔内残留酸液,优化磨削参数消除磨削烧伤,解决了蓝色阳极氧化膜层色差、局部无氧化膜、膜层黑斑问题。The influence of turning, grinding and bolt hole structure on the blue anodizing of titanium alloy fasteners were studied. By optimizing the processing process, the sand blasting and ultrasonic cleaning were added to the process for eliminating the surface difference and removing the residual acid in the holes after acid corrosion, and the grinding parameters were optimized to eliminate the grinding burn. The problems of chromatic aberration of the blue anodic oxide film, no oxidation film and black stains in local part were solved.
