摘  要:镍基粉末高温合金是为了解决高合金化铸锻高温合金凝固偏析和变形困难而发展起来的耐高温结构材料,主要用于制造高推重比发动机盘(环)形耐高温部件。采用Thermecmastor-Z热加工模拟试验机在真空等温绝热环境下对FGH96合金进行了应变梯度形变试验。结果表明:经过应变梯度形变试验,在不同的塑性形变工艺参数(变形温度1000~1100℃,应变速率0.001~1 s^(-1),应变0.0002~1.4)条件下,变形速率决定了晶粒异常长大所需的变形量,变形温度决定了晶粒异常长大的严重程度。Nickel-based powder superalloy is a high-temperature resistant structural material developed to solve the difficulty of solidification and deformation of high-alloy casting and forging superalloy. It is mainly used to manufacture high-thrust-to-weight ratio engine disc(ring)-shaped high-temperature resistant components. Strain gradient deformation test of FGH96 alloy was carried out under vacuum isothermal adiabatic condition by Thermecmastor-Z thermal simulation machine.The results show that the deformation rate under different plastic deformation parameters(deformation temperature 1000-1100 ℃, strain rate 0.001-1 s^(-1), strain 0.0002-1.4) determines the deformation amount required for abnormal grain growth after strain gradient deformation test. The deformation temperature determines the severity of abnormal grain growth.
