摘  要:针对不同厚度规格的非调质预硬型塑料模具钢40Cr2Mn2Mo轧态的显微组织、硬度进行了分析,并进行不同温度的回火试验。结果表明,随着钢板厚度的增加,钢板组织粗化,马氏体硬相组织含量减少,硬度降低;钢板硬度随回火温度升高呈先稳定后下降的趋势,但不同厚度规格的钢板硬度降低的开始温度不同,厚度越厚开始温度越低。通过调整回火温度,不同厚度规格模具钢硬度均可满足28~34 HRC的技术要求。The microstructure and hardness of non-quenched and tempered pre-hardened plastic die steel 40Cr2Mn2Mo with different thickness specifications were analyzed. The tempering experiments at different temperatures were carried out.The results show that with the increase of the thickness of the steel plate, the microstructure of the steel plate coarsens, the content of the hard phase microstructure of the martensite decreases, and the hardness decreases. The hardness of the steel tends to stable and then decrease with the increase of the tempering temperature, but the starting temperature of the steel plate hardness reduction of different thickness specifications is different, and the lower the thickness is, the lower the temperature is.By adjusting the tempering temperature, the hardness of the die steel with different thickness can meet the technical requirements of 28-34 HRC.
