摘  要:筑牢长江上游地区重要生态屏障,构建现代生态产业体系具有全局性意义。基于产业生态化的内涵与特征,构建区域产业生态化水平评价指标体系,运用全局熵值法对2011-2017年长江上游地区产业生态化水平进行动态测度与比较,结果显示:从综合得分看,长江上游地区产业生态化水平总体发展趋势持续向好,各省市的产业生态化水平综合得分也不断提高;从动态排名看,各省市的历年排名也相对稳定,基本呈现出“重庆>贵州>四川>云南”的动态排名格局;从一级指标权重大小看,创新支持、发展效率和结构优化指标对产业生态化综合水平的提升贡献较大;从一级指标测算结果看,长江上游地区各省市指标综合得分非均衡性、动态排名非平稳性的特征显现。It is of overall significance to build an important ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and construct a modern ecological industry system.Based on the connotation and characteristics of industrial ecologization,this paper builds a regional industrial ecologization level evaluation index system,and uses the overall entropy method to dynamically estimate and compare the industrial ecologization level in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River from 2011 to 2017.The results show that:Judging from the overall score,the overall development trend of the industrial ecologization level in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River continues to improve,and the comprehensive score of the industrial ecologization level of various provinces and cities has also continuously improved.Judging from the dynamic ranking,the rankings of various provinces and cities over the years are relatively stable,basically showing a dynamic ranking pattern of“Chongqing>Guizhou>Sichuan>Yunnan”.Judging from the weight of the first-level indicators,innovation support,development efficiency and structural optimization indicators contribute significantly to the improvement of the comprehensive industrial ecologization level.Judging from the calculation results of the first-level indicators,the characteristics for the non-equilibrium of the comprehensive scores and the non-stationarity of the dynamic rankings of indicators within various provinces and cities in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River appear.
