摘　　要：都柏林沙门菌(Salmonella enterica serotype Dublin,S.Dublin)是一种重要的人兽共患病原菌,具有较高的侵袭性和致病性,通常能引起牛的沙门菌感染并造成严重的疾病。疫苗接种是预防牛都柏林沙门菌感染的重要手段,当前使用的都柏林沙门菌疫苗主要为减毒活疫苗,它能减少都柏林沙门菌在牛体内的定殖,在免疫后可诱导高效的特异性免疫应答。本文主要介绍了都柏林沙门菌的生物学特性和疫苗的种类,包括灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗及基因工程减毒疫苗,以期为开展相关疫苗研究提供有价值的参考。Salmonella enterica serotype Dublin(S.Dublin)is an important zoonotic pathogen.It has higher invasiveness and pathogenicity.S.Dublin,a host-adapted serovar usually causes Salmonella infections in cattle and inflicts severe illness.Vaccination is an important way to prevent bovine Salmonellosis.The currently used S.Dublin vaccine is mainly a live attenuated vaccine that can reduce colonization in cattle and induce immune response efficiently after immunization.This article mainly introduces the biological characteristics of S.Dublin and the types of vaccines,including inactivated vaccines,live attenuated vaccines and genetically engineered attenuated vaccines,in order to provide a valuable reference for carrying out relevant vaccine research.
