摘　　要：随着我国经济社会进入高质量发展的新阶段,新一轮电力体制改革纵深推进,政府监管日趋严格,具有中国特色国际领先的能源互联网企业加快建设,电网生产技改大修项目造价控制在管理理念、方法、手段等方面与公司和电网发展面临的新形势、新任务、新要求不相适应,必须加快构建现代化工程造价管理体系,助力公司和电网发展再上新台阶。本文通过详细分析电网生产技改大修项目造价面临的新形势,结合项目造价管理特点,提出措施建议,为支撑公司建设具有中国特色国际领先的能源互联网企业提供基础保障。With China's economy and society entering a new stage of high-quality development,a new round of power system reform has been advanced in depth,government regulation has become increasingly stringent,and international leading energy internet enterprises with Chinese characteristics have accelerated the construction.The cost control of power grid production and technical renovation projects is incompatible with the new situation,new tasks and new requirements faced by companies and power grid development in terms of management concepts,methods and means.It is necessary to accelerate the construction of modern project cost management system and help companies and power grid development to a new level.In this paper,through a detailed analysis of the new situation faced by the cost of the power grid production technology renovation project,combined with the characteristics of project cost management,measures and suggestions are put forward to provide basic guarantee for supporting the company to build an international leading energy Internet enterprise with Chinese characteristics.
