高温预冷淬火工艺对中碳铌微合金钢性能的影响

摘  要:本文正交试验分析方式为视角,以碳铌微合金钢用料的性能表现为研究主体,探索高温预冷淬火条件对研究主体产生的作用,作用分析项目包括显微组织、材料硬度、材料强度、材料塑性等。研究发现:当预冷温度不高、回火周期较长时,将会显著改善碳铌微合金钢用料性能,使其可塑性、用料强度有所增强;预冷条件设定为1020摄氏度,回火温度设计为220摄氏度,回火周期时长为1小时,此工艺能够改善合金钢用料强度;预冷温度设计为910摄氏度,回火温度设计为610摄氏度,回收周期时长为3小时,此时合金钢用料表现出优异的可塑性。In this paper,from the perspective of the orthogonal experiment analysis method,the performance of carbon-niobium microalloy steel materials is used as the main body of the research to explore the effect of high-temperature pre-cooling and quenching conditions on the main body of the research.The effect analysis items include microstructure,material hardness,material strength,material plasticity,etc.The study found that when the pre-cooling temperature is not high and the tempering cycle is long,the material properties of carbon-niobium microalloyed steel will be significantly improved,making it more plastic and the strength of the materials improve a lot.The pre-cooling condition is set to 1020℃and the tempering temperature is designed to be 22℃,the tempering cycle time is 1 hour.This process can improve the strength of alloy steel materials.The pre-cooling temperature is designed to be 910℃,the tempering temperature is designed to be 610℃,and the recovery cycle time is 3 hours,when alloy steel materials show excellent plasticity.
