摘　　要：本文详细介绍了按照惯性思维为某净水器滤芯垫座设计的注塑模具的具体方案,以及该模具在注塑成型过程中存在的实际生产问题,并就解决问题的具体措施进行了阐述和分析,最后给出了另外一种模具设计思路。This paper introduces in detail the concrete scheme of injection mould designed for a filter core cushion of a water purifier according to the inertial thinking,and the actual production problems of the mould during injection molding,and expounds and analyzes the specific measures to solve the problem.At last,another kind of mould design idea is given.
