摘  要:选择VCSEL激光器作为此系统的光源,设计搭建用于CO和CH_(4)气体检测的低功耗型一体化复合式激光气体检测系统,驱动两个VCSEL型激光器产生对应两种气体特定波长的激光束,经过光纤合束器入射到检测气室内部,所发射的激光经被测气体吸收后由气室后端出射到光电探测器上,由光电探测器将光信号转变成相应的电信号。本文采用TDLAS气体检测技术,同时检测CO和CH_(4)混合气体中各气体浓度,设计的系统具有体积小、功耗低等优点。VCSEL laser is selected as the light source of this system in this paper,and a low power consumption integrated composite laser gas detection system for CO and CH_(4)gas detection is designed and built.Two VCSEL lasers are driven to generate laser beams corresponding to specific wavelengths of two gases,and then incident into the detection chamber through the fiber combiner,after being absorbed by the measured gas,the emitted laser is emitted to the photodetector from the rear end of the gas chamber,and the photodetector converts the optical signal into the corresponding electrical signal.In this project,TDLAS gas detection technology is used to detect the gas concentration of CO and CH_(4)mixture at the same time.The designed system has the advantages of small volume and low power consumption.
