摘 要:洗煤废水中含有大量的悬浮物、重金属等污染物质,对周边生态环境产生极大的危害,洗煤废水的合理处置是洗煤行业面临的重要问题,实现洗煤废水科学的处理与处置对于洗煤行业的发展至关重要。对当前的主要处理方式:絮凝沉淀+曝气生物滤池(BAF)、高效浓缩、双膜污水回用等工艺的流程和原理进行归纳,并进一步分析了处理过程中关键要素絮凝剂的作用效果及机理,以及在实际应用中添加药剂的优缺点。为洗煤废水处理工艺的优化及新絮凝药剂选择提供支持,并对未来絮凝剂的研发提出展望。Coal washing wastewater contains a large number of pollutants such as suspended solids and heavy metals,which has great harm to the surrounding ecological environment.Reasonable disposal of coal washing wastewater is the most important problem faced by coal washing industry.It is very important for the development of coal washing industry to realize scientific treatment and disposal of coal washing wastewater.For the current main processing methods:The processes and principles of flocculation and sedimentation+biological aerated filter(BAF),high-efficiency,concentration and double-membrane wastewater reuse were summarized,and the effect and mechanism of flocculants,which are the key elements in the treatment process,and the advantages and disadvantages of adding chemicals in practical application were further analyzed.It provides support for the optimization of coal washing wastewater treatment process and the selection of new flocculants,and puts forward prospects for future research and development of flocculants.
