摘  要:通过单体滴加水相沉淀聚合法制备低相对分子质量丙烯腈(AN)均聚物,经乌氏粘度计测定可将聚丙烯腈(PAN)相对分子质量降至10000以下。在过硫酸铵(APS)作引发剂,链转移剂异丙醇(IPA)的作用下,系列研究了单体AN滴加速度、反应温度以及IPA用量对于PAN的相对分子质量以及转化率的影响。核磁共振氢谱仪测定分析聚合产物PAN结构;差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测定PAN玻璃化温度(Tg)约为90℃,且以相对分子质量小PAN的Tg较低;热重分析(TG)测得PAN在230℃附近发生环化反应,且以相对分子质量小的PAN碳收率低。The low-molecular-weight acrylonitrile(AN)homopolymer is prepared by the monomer dropwise aqueous phase precipitation polymerization method.The molecular weight of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)can be reduced to less than 10000 by Ubbelohde viscometer.With ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator and chain transfer agent isopropanol(IPA),the effects of monomer AN dropping rate,reaction temperature and IPA dosage on the molecular weight and conversion rate of PAN were studied in series.The PAN structure of the polymer product was measured and analyzed by the proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer;the glass transition temperature(Tg)of the PAN measured by the differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)was about 90℃,and the Tg of the PAN with a small molecular weight was lower;thermogravimetric analysis(TG).It is measured that PAN undergoes a cyclization reaction near 230℃,and the carbon yield of PAN with a small molecular weight is low.
