摘  要:异戊烯醛是一种重要的化学原料,由异戊烯醇催化氧化制备异戊烯醛的绿色合成技术一直是一个热点。特别是这几年来随着环保的要求越来越高,以及绿色催化的发展,由异戊烯醇绿色催化制备异戊烯醛变得十分迫切。本文主要是以Cu-Zn-Al_(2)O_(3)作为催化剂,以空气为氧化剂,在固定床连续化工艺下研究异戊烯醇的氧化反应,并且考察了反应中水的量、催化剂种类、催化剂的量以及反应温度的影响。3-methylcrotonaldehyde is an important chemical raw material,and the green synthesis technology of preparing 3-methylcrotonaldehyde by catalytic oxidation of 3-Methyl-2-buten-1-ol has always been a hot issue.Especially in recent years,with the increasing requirements of environmental protection and the development of green catalysis,the green catalysis of 3-Methyl-2-buten-1-ol to 3-methylcrotonaldehyde has become very urgent.In this paper,Cu-Zn-Al_(2)O_(3)is used as the catalyst and air is used as the oxidant.The oxidation of 3-Methyl-2-buten-1-ol is studied under a fixed-bed continuous process,and the amount of water in the reaction,the type of catalyst,the amount of catalyst and the reaction temperature are investigated.
