摘 要:采用分散染料对涤纶织物进行染色,通过改变pH值、浴比、升温速率、过程保温时间,比较不同工艺条件下的织物表观色深K/S值。结合因子分析法研究了不同影响因素对涤纶织物表观色深K/S值的影响。结果表明:室温升至110℃阶段以2℃/min的速率,110℃升至130℃阶段以1℃/min的速率,织物的K/S值最大;pH值为5~6时为最佳范围;蓝、藏青分别在浴比1∶5、1∶8时K/S值最大,黄和黑在浴比为1∶12时K/S值最大;过程保温时间为5 min时,织物的表观色深K/S值最大。4个因素对织物表观色深的影响权重大小为:pH值>升温速率>浴比>过程保温时间。Polyester fabric was dyed with disperse dyes.By changing pH value,bath ratio,heating rate and process holding time,the apparent color depth K/S values of fabrics under different process conditions were compared.Combined with factor analysis,the influence of different factors on the apparent color depth K/S value of polyester fabric was studied.The results show that the K/S value of the fabric reaches the maximum at the rate of 2℃/min when the room temperature rises to 110℃and 1℃/min when the temperature rises to 110℃.The best range is when pH value is 5~6.The K/S value of blue and navy blue is the highest when the bath ratio is 1∶5 and 1∶8,and that of yellow and black is the highest when the bath ratio is 1∶12.The apparent color depth K/S value of the fabric is the largest when the process holding time is 5 minutes.The weight of the four factors affecting the apparent color depth of fabrics is as follows:pH>heating rate>bath ratio>process holding time.
