扣式锌银二次电池电解液性能的研究

摘  要:在电解液中添加氧化锌、氢氧化锂、氟化钾、全氟丁基磺酸钾、三氟甲烷磺酸锌等添加剂,制备出不同组分的电解液。本文对不同电解液中的锌负极析气量进行了测量,并对制备的XR41电池循环性能的进行了研究。结果表明,锌负极在添加氧化锌、氢氧化锂、氟化钾、全氟丁基磺酸钾、三氟甲烷磺酸锌的电解液中的析气量最小,为0.11 mL/20 d。制备出的XR41电池具有较好的循环寿命。This paper studied the preparation of electrolytes with different compositions by adding zinc oxide,Iithium hydroxide,potassium fluoride,potassium perfluorobutanesulfonate,and zinc chlormethanesulfonate to the electrolyte.The amount of the generated gas of the syntesized zinc anode was measured.And the cycle life of the composed XR41 battery was studied.The result showed that the Zinc anode with the electrolyte prepared by adding zinc oxide,Iithium hydroxide,potassium fluoride,potassium perfluorobutanesulfonate,and zinc chlormethanesulfonate has the smallest outgassing volume,which was 0.11 mL/20 d.The prepared battery had a better cycle life.
