摘  要:本文利用气相色谱对复混肥料中总氟化物的检测方法进行了研究。通过中性盐溶液超声提取—冷酸解离—硅烷衍生化一系列前处理后进样分析,采用程序升温,以保留时间外标法定量。氟化物标准溶液在2~25μg/mL之间均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,回收率为98.3%~100.5%,最低定量限为0.3μg/mL,相对标准偏差为0.4%~0.7%。此法灵敏度高、精密度高,且具有良好的重复性和再现性,适于测定复混肥料中的总氟化物含量。A method was investigated to determine the total fluoride with gas chromatography(GC).A series of pre-treatments followed by a series of pre-treatment and sample injection analysis were performed through neutral salt solution ultrasonic extraction,cold acid dissociation,and silane derivatization.The fluoride standard solution had a good linear relationship between2~25μg/mL.The linearity was well with the determination coefficient of 0.9996 and the recoveries ranged from 98.3%to100.5%.The limit of quantifications was 0.3μg/mL,and the relative standard deviation is 0.4%~0.7%.This method has high sensitivity,high precision,good repeatability and reproducibility,and is suitable for the determination of total fluoride content in compound fertilizers.
