摘　　要：生产性粉尘严重危害人类的身体健康,是诱发尘肺等职业病的主要原因。为加强生态环境保护,保护人们的身体健康和促进经济和社会的可持续发展,使用高效经济的除尘设备意义重大。本文提出基于PLC的数据采集和处理的除尘控制系统,用MCGS组态软件达到对除尘控制系统的实时数据采集,现场监控及存储历史数据等功能。Productive dust seriously endangers human health and is the main cause of inducing occupational diseases such as pneumoconiosis.In order to strengthen the protection of ecological environment,protect people’s health and promote the sustainable development of economy and society,it is of great significance to use efficient and economic dust removal equipment.In this paper,a dust removal control system based on Siemens PLC data acquisition and processing is proposed.The functions of real-time data acquisition,on-site monitoring and historical data storage of the dust removal control system are achieved by using MCGS configuration software.
