摘 要:目的探讨结构化问诊联合思维导图在《健康评估》护理问诊见习教学中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样随机对照的方法,以入科见习组次为单位,选取广西医科大学护理学院2018级高职护理专业学生253名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组126名采用传统教学法,实验组127名采用结构化问诊联合思维导图的教学方法,两组护生均进行真实的问诊实践,并比较两组护生的问诊时间、整理问诊资料所需时间、病历书写的完整性以及教学满意度情况。结果两组护生在问诊时间、整理问诊资料所需时间、病历书写的完整性以及教学满意度比较,实验组各指标评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论结构化问诊联合思维导图在高职护生《健康评估》护理问诊见习教学中的效果明显优于传统教学法,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of the teaching method of structured inquiry combined with mind map in probation teaching of the course of health assessment.Methods A total of 253 of grade 2018 nursing students were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group with 126 cases and the control group with 127 cases by the random number method.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods.The experimental group used the teaching method of structured inquiry combined mind mapping.The time for inquiring,the time for data collating,the integrity of medical history and the satisfaction of teaching were used to evaluate teaching effect after the inquiring probation.Results After the inquiring probation,the scores of examination group of the time for inquiring,the time for data collating,the integrity of medical history and the satisfaction of teaching were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 for each).Conclusion The effect of structured inquiry combined with mind map in the teaching of health assessment for higher vocational nursing students is obviously better than the traditional teaching method,which is worthy of popularization and application.
