摘 要:针对当前传统的无功补偿设备通用LC电容器组响应负荷变化滞后,控制精度不够,而静止无功发生器(static var generator,SVG)虽然动态性能优越但成本又过高的问题,本文在结合原有LC电容器组补偿设备的特性上提出基于SVG+LC的混合补偿系统,该混合系统能够协调控制LC与SVG对负载无功精确补偿。同时针对SVG常规双闭环PI调节存在的缺陷以及与LC协调运行时存在的交互影响,提出一种基于模糊-改进型PI双模控制器及SVG与LC之间的协同调节策略。Simulink仿真波形显示,基于SVG+LC的混合补偿系统具有良好的补偿性能,能够满足电力系统无功补偿的要求。In view of such problem of general LC capacitor bank of the current traditional traditional reactive power compensation equipment as lag of response load variation,insufficient control accuracy and of Static Var Generator(SVG)with superior dynamic performance but excessive cost,in this paper,the hybrid compensation system based on SVG+LC is proposed with combination of the feature of original LC capacitor bank compensation equipment,which can coordinate and control LC and SVG to accurately compensate the load reactive power.At the same time,in view of the defects in conventional double closed-loop PI regulation of SVG and of interaction with LC in coordination and operation,a kind of fuzzy-improved PI dual-mode controller and a synergic adjustment strategy between SVG and LC are proposed.It is shown by the Simulink simulation waveform that the hybrid compensation system based on SVG+LC has good compensation performance and can meet the requirements of reactive power compensation of power system.
