摘  要:现有电压暂降损失评价模型使用电压暂降严重程度指标进行评估,这种线性模型较为粗糙;评估时未考虑用户用电设备多样性及不同类型负荷电压耐受能力差异的问题。提出工业过程参与度的概念和一种基于新的负荷电压暂降故障概率模型的电压暂降经济损失评估方法,通过蒙特卡洛法构建电网遭受电压暂降的情景,对具有多工艺流程、多种不同用电设备的工业用户进行电压暂降评估,并制定相应的治理措施。对于一工业园区,在兼顾补偿效果和治理成本的目标下分别求解两种评估模型下的电压补偿装置配置方案,验证了本文电压暂降经济损失评估方法的合理性。Severity indicator of voltage sag for the existing voltage sag loss evaluation model is used for assessment.This kind of linear model is rather rough and such issues as diversity of the user’s electrical equipment and the difference of withstand voltage capability of different types of loads are not considered in the assessment.The concept of industrial process participation and a kind of economic loss assessment method of voltage sag based on a new fault probability model of load voltage sag are proposed.The scene of power grid suffering from voltage sag is constructed by Monte Carlo method.The voltage sage assessment is performed for the the insustrial users with multiple process flow and multiple different types of electrical equipments and corresponding control measures are formulated.For an industrial park,the configuration scheme of voltage compensation devices under two assessment models is solved respectively under the goal of considering both compensation effect and control cost,and the rationality of the economic loss assessment method of voltage sag in this paper is verified.
