摘 要:次氯酸钠废水含硫、磷、氯等杂质,处理难度大、成本高。基于废水预处理,消除次氯酸钠废水氧化性,通过超滤、纳滤和反渗透膜系统的耦合应用,探究了不同膜材质及膜组件水通量的变化情况,确定了最佳运行工艺参数,构建膜法处理6.0 m^(3)/h次氯酸钠废水的中试工艺。The treatment of sodium hypochlorite wastewater is difficult and costly due to the complicated impurities such as sulfur,phosphorus and chlorine.Based on wastewater pretreatment,the oxidation of sodium hypochlorite wastewater was eliminated.Through the coupling application of ultrafiltration,nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane system,the changes of water flux of different membrane materials and membrane components were explored,and the optimal operating process parameters were determined.A pilot process of membrane method for treating 6.0 m^(3)/h sodium hypochlorite wastewater was established.
