摘　　要：外伤性二尖瓣腱索断裂发病率低,易被漏诊、误诊,在司法鉴定实务中更是少见;而没有心脏病史或轻症心脏病的患者,若在伤前不曾做过心脏超声等检查而无法掌握其伤前的情况,就更加大了鉴定的难度。分析外伤性二尖瓣后叶断裂伴关闭不全案例,有助于同类鉴定的探索。Traumatic mitral chordae tendineae rupture has a low incidence,which is easy to be missed and misdiagnosed.It is rare in judicial identification practice.For patients with no history of heart disease or mild heart disease,it is more difficult to identify them if they do not have cardiac ultrasound or other examinations before the injury and cannot know the condition before the injury.Theefore,the analysis of the cases of traumatic posterior mitral valve rupture with insufficiency is helpful to the exploration of similar identification.
