摘　　要：目的探索新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间急危重症患者的筛查与救治方案。方法针对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间急危重症患者处理的难点和关键问题,结合临床及管理经验制定筛查与救治方案。结果疫情期间通过成立急危重症患者救治工作组、建立急危重症发热患者隔离筛查病房,以及完善急危重症患者筛查及救治流程等方面,能很好地对具有发热和有流行病学史的患者进行筛查,同时救治急危重症患者。结论通过制定特殊时期急危重症患者救治流程及设立急危重症发热患者筛查病房这一新途径,探索出针对这类特殊人群的筛查与治疗的经验,对于挽救急危重症患者生命并避免院内感染和传播十分重要.Objective To explore the screening and treatment plan for critically ill patients during the prevention and control period of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic.Methods Aiming at the difficulties and key issues in the treatment of critically ill patients during the new coronary pneumonia epidemic,combined with clinical and management experience,a screening and treatment plan was established.Results During the new coronary pneumonia epidemic peri-od,a special working group for the treatment of critically ill patients was formed together with the establishment of an isolation and screening ward for critically ill patients with fever,and through the improvement of the screening and treatment process,these critically ill patients could be treated safely and at the same time screening these patients with fever and epidemiological history.Conclusion Through the development of the treatment process for critically ill patients in special periods and the establishment of a screening ward for critically ill patients with fever,we explore the experience of screening and treatment for this special population.It is important for the treatment of critically ill patients and the avoidance of nosocomial infections and transmission.
