摘 要:目的了解三级甲等医院新生儿科护士心理资本、良心压力和职业倦怠状况,分析心理资本的中介作用。方法采用简单随机抽样方法,于2020年1—3月对淮安市4家三级甲等医院186名新生儿科护士进行良心压力、心理资本和职业倦怠问卷调查,并分析心理资本的中介作用。结果新生儿科护士心理资本得分为79.28±16.62,良心压力得分为31.44±7.62,职业倦怠得分为65.46±13.44;新生儿科护士心理资本与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.614,P<0.01),良心压力与职业倦怠呈正相关(r=0.625,P<0.01),心理资本与良心压力呈负相关(r=-0.586,P<0.01);心理资本在新生儿科护士良心压力和职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.102,中介效应占总效应的比例为18.82%。结论淮安市4家三级甲等医院新生儿科护士心理资本在良心压力对职业倦怠的影响存在部分中介作用,提高其心理资本有助于降低其良心压力和职业倦怠。Objective To investigate the mental capital,conscience pressure and job burnout of the nurses in neonatology department of grade-A tertiary hospital,analyze the intermediary role of mental capital. Methods By the simple random sampling method,186 nurses in neonatology department of four grade-A tertiary hospitals in Huai’an City were investigated with the questionnaire of conscience pressure,psychological capital and job burnout from January to march in 2020,and the intermediary effect of psychological capital was analyzed. Results The scores of psychological capital,conscience pressure and job burnout among nurses in neonatology department were 79.28 ±16.62,31.44 ±7.62 and 65.46 ±13.44,respectively. There was a negative correlation between psychological capital and job burnout among nurses in neonatology department(r=-0.614,P<0.01),a positive correlation between conscience pressure and burnout(r=0.625,P<0.01),and a negative correlation between psychological capital and conscience pressure(r=-0.586,P<0.01). Psychological capital partly mediated the relationship between conscience stress and job burnout of nurses in neonatology department,and the mediating effect was 0.102,accounting for 18.82% of the total effect.Conclusion There are partial mediating effects of psychological capital on the influence of conscientious pressure on job burnout of nurses in neonatology department of four grade-A tertiary hospitals in Huai’an City. Improving their psychological capital is conducive to reduce their conscientious pressure and job burnout.
