维生素D辅助椎弓根固定治疗胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨维生素D辅助椎弓根固定治疗胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折的远期疗效观察。方法:选取2016年8月~2018年12月我院收治的胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折患者102例,按随机数字表法分为研究组(51例)和对照组(51例),对照组仅予椎弓根固定治疗,在此基础上研究组予维生素D辅助治疗。比较两组远期疗效[伤椎前缘高度比、伤椎中部高度比、后凸Cobbs角和胸腰椎治疗评估表(JOA)]及血清25-(OH)-D-3和BMP-7水平。结果:治疗后3、6、12个月,研究组血清25-(OH)-D-3和BMP-7水平均显著高于对照组,且同期研究组疗效评价均显著优于对照组。结论:给予胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折患者维生素D辅助椎弓根固定,可显著改善血清25-(OH)-D-3和BMP-7水平,促进远期疗效的提升。Objective To investigate the long-term effect of vitamin D assisted pedicle fixation on thoracolumbar burst fractures.Methods From August 2016 to December 2018,102 patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into a research group (51 cases) and a control group (51 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group only Pedicle fixation therapy was given,and on this basis,the research group was given vitamin D adjuvant therapy.Compare the long-term efficacy of the two groups [the ratio of the height of the anterior edge of the injured vertebra,the ratio of the height of the injured vertebra,the kyphosis Cobbs angle and the thoracolumbar spine treatment evaluation table (JOA)]and the serum 25-(OH)-D-3 and BMP-7 levels.Results At 3,6,and 12 months after treatment,the levels of serum 25-(OH)-D-3 and BMP-7 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the efficacy evaluation of the study group during the same period was significant Better than the control group.Conclusion Vitamin D assisted pedicle fixation in patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures can significantly improve serum 25-(OH)-D-3 and BMP-7 levels,and promote the improvement of long-term efficacy.
