摘　　要：我国住院医师规范化培训工作进入了全面质量提升阶段,文章从培训基地(医院)、专业基地/临床科室、带教师资层面探讨构建基于SDT理念的住培生学习环境干预模式,以期通过综合手段调动学员学习积极性,发挥其学习潜能,提高住培教学质量。China's residential training has entered the stage of overall quality improvement.This paper discusses the construction of a learning environment intervention model based on SDT concept at the level of training bases(hospitals),professional bases/clinical departments and teaching faculty,in order to motivate students to exert their learning potential and improve the quality of residential training through comprehensive ways.
