摘  要:为减少传统农药使用过程中有机溶剂对环境的污染,提高农药的使用效率,用羧甲基纤维素(Carboxymethyl cellulose,CMC)和大豆分离蛋白(Soy protein isolate,SPI)辅助球磨机械剥离并改性六方氮化硼(Hexagonal boron nitride,h-BN)得到氮化硼基载体.采用浸渍吸附法,用改性氮化硼载体分别吸附模型药物三唑酮制备了不同复合体系.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外漫反射(UV-DRS)等手段表征了农药与官能化纳米载体之间的作用,以及改性氮化硼载体对三唑酮的缓控释性能.结果表明,改性氮化硼纳米片对三唑酮的负载量在酸性条件下最高,为(164.1±2.2)mg·g-1,在pH 5,经过95 h三唑酮的累积释放率仅为(27.25±0.57)%,农药释放过程符合Korsmeyer-Peppas模型,扩散机制受物理扩散、离子交换和药物溶解的协同控制;与黄瓜叶面的接触角度下降至(76.75±0.67)°,说明润湿性提高;持续暴露在紫外光照射460 min后残留量仍为51.6%.改性氮化硼复合载体的存在改善了三唑酮与黄瓜叶面的亲和力、控制释放能力以紫外光稳定性能,提供了一种简单实现同步剥离和官能化六方氮化硼纳米片的方法,用于农药装载和输送.In order to reduce the pollution of organic solvents to the environment during the use of traditional pesticides and improve the use efficiency of pesticides,the hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)was modified by ball milling with the aid of Carboxy methyl cellulose(CMC)and Soy protein isolate(SPI).The modified boron nitride carrier was used to adsorb the model drug triadimefon,and different composite systems were prepared by impregnation method.The interaction between pesticide and functionalized nano-carrier was characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),ultraviolet diffuse reflection(UV-DRS),and the slow and controlled release of triadimefon on modified boron nitride carrier was also.the loading amount of triadimefon on the modified boron nitride nanoplates was the highest under acidic conditions,(164.1±2.2)mg·g-1,and the cumulative release rate of triadimefon was only(27.25±0.57)%after 95 h at pH 5.The process of pesticide release was in accordance with Korsmeyer-Peppas model,the mechanism of diffusion was controlled by physical diffusion,ion exchange and drug dissolution.The contact angle with cucumber leaf surface decreased to(76.75±0.67)°,which indicated that the wettability was improved.The residual amount was still 51.6%after exposing to UV for 460 min.The existence of modified boron nitride composite carrier improved the affinity of triadimefon with cucumber leaf surface,controlled release ability and UV stability which providing a simple way to achieve simultaneous stripping and functionalization of hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets for pesticide loading and transportation.
