摘  要:为了解湖南省怀化地区中小规模养猪场大肠埃希菌对抗菌药物的耐药现状,2019年3—7月分别从其辖区10个县(地区、区)20个中小型规模猪场采集120份粪便拭子,分离鉴定出86株大肠埃希菌。利用K-B法开展了7类10种抗菌药物的敏感性试验,利用PCR进行了4类8种耐药基因的检测。结果显示:分离菌株对红霉素、复方新诺明、青霉素和氯霉素的耐药率依次为93.02%、86.05%、74.42%和72.09%,而对丁胺卡那霉素、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星等药物耐药率较低,介于4.65%~32.56%;耐药基因检出率比较高,磺胺类Sul2、大环内酯类emF、酰胺醇类floR检出率相对较高,依次为86.05%、84.49%和82.50%,而氨基糖苷类aac(3′)-Ⅱa、aadA1,大环内酯类emB、emC和磺胺类Sul1依次为72.09%、67.44%、59.30%、52.32%和38.37%。In order to investigate conditions of Escherichia coli antibiotic resistance in small and medium-sized swine farms in Huaihua area of Hunan.Total 86 strains Escherichia coli from 20 farms were isolated and identified between March to July in 2019.The antibiotic resistance of the 86 strains Escherichia coli to 10 drugs was determined by the methods of K-B and 8 resistance genes were detected by PCR.The results showed that the resistance rates of erythromycin,sulfamethoxazole,penicillin and chloromycetin were 93.02%,86.05%,74.42%and 72.09%,respectively.And the resistance rate to other drugs(amikacin,norfloxacin,iprofloxacin,etc)was between 4.65%-32.56%.The detection rates of resistance gene Sul2,emF,floR,acc(3′)-Ⅱa,emB,aadA1,Sul1,emC were 86.05%,84.49%,82.50%,72.09%,67.44%,59.30%,52.32%and 38.37%,respectively.
