摘 要:为实现高层建筑消防安全精细化管理,运用层次分析法对高层建筑消防安全评价指标体系确立进行探讨。从消防技术标准参照、消防安全管理与市场经济运行关系、信息通信技术应用三个角度论述了建立高层建筑消防安全评价指标体系的必要性和可行性。利用层次分析法建立包括3个一级指标、8个二级指标、59个三级指标在内的高层建筑评价指标体系结构模型,从消防安全、消防规划、智能化信息管理三个方面对高层建筑安全状况进行评价。通过主客观综合赋权方法对各指标权重进行定性和定量分析,最终确定了高层建筑5个级别的安全风险指标评级,为高层建筑消防安全指标体系的确立提供参考。Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used in this article to discuss the establishment of fire safety evaluation index system of high-rise buildings to realize the fine management of fire safety of high-rise buildings.It begins with the discussion of the necessity and feasibility of such system from three aspects:reference of fire safety standards,relationship between fire safety management and market economy operation,and application of information and communication technology.With the use of AHP,the architecture model of evaluation index system of high-rise buildings is established,consisting of 3 first-level indexes,8 second-level indexes and 59 third-level indexes.The safety status of high-rise buildings is evaluated in terms of fire safety,fire planning and intelligent information management.Based on the qualitatively and quantitatively analysis of each index weight with the subjective and objective comprehensive weighting method,the safety risk index rating of high-rise buildings at five levels can be determined,providing reference for the establishment of the fire safety index system of high-rise buildings.
