摘 要:为了摆脱以往单纯研究接地网,而不将其与所在的电力系统联系起来进行分析的现状,提出一种变电站综合性安全校核分析方法,对已投运的某石化企业220 kV变电站接地网进行校核,首先在PSCAD中建立了与该变电站互联电力系统的模型,仿真得到站内发生单相接地短路时的故障电流值,进而在CDEGS中的Auto Ground Design模块中搭建起详细的站内接地网模型及出线走廊的输电杆塔模型,用以分析故障电流沿地线的分流值,最终确定故障下经接地网散流的电流水平,随后对站内的各个相关安全性指标展开分析:接地网电位升、接触电压、跨步电压以及部分一次设备的安全性能,最后针对不满足安全性要求的条件提出改进措施。所提出的该套针对已投运变电站接地网的综合性安全校核分析方法有助于接地网的优化改造,具有工程实践指导意义。In order to get rid of the current situation that only study the grounding grid in the past,instead of connecting it with the power system,a comprehensive safety check analysis method of substation is proposed to check the grounding grid of 220 kV substation in a petrochemical enterprise. Firstly,the model of interconnected power system with the substation is established in PSCAD,and the simulation results show that single-phase grounding fault occurs in the substation The value of fault current in CDEGS,and then the value of auto ground in CDEGS In the design module,the detailed grounding grid model in the station and the transmission tower model in the outgoing corridor are built to analyze the shunt value of fault current along the ground wire,and finally determine the current level of the grounding grid under the fault. Then,the relevant safety indicators in the station are analyzed: grounding grid potential rise,contact voltage,step voltage and the safety performance of some primary equipment,Finally,the improvement measures are put forward for the conditions that do not meet the safety requirements. This set of comprehensive safety check and analysis method for the grounding grid of the substation that has been put into operation is helpful to the optimization and transformation of the grounding grid,and has the guiding significance of engineering practice.
