摘 要:超/特高压直流输电线路瓷和玻璃绝缘子铁帽电腐蚀问题突出,有效的防腐蚀措施对电力系统的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。为了确定绝缘子铁帽表面喷涂隔离涂层的关键参数,本研究建立了绝缘子三维有限元模型,计算了绝缘子铁帽表面隔离涂层不同喷涂情况下的泄漏电流密度和电位分布,并试验验证了隔离涂层防铁帽腐蚀的可行性。研究结果表明:隔离涂层能够有效减小绝缘子铁帽的泄漏电流密度,绝缘子铁帽泄漏电流密度最大值随着隔离涂层高度的增加而增大,隔离涂层高度变化对绝缘子表面电位分布的影响较小;隔离能够对绝缘子铁帽起到有效的防腐蚀作用,并能够降低绝缘子表面积污速度,提高绝缘子表面电阻,对绝缘子污闪起到抑制作用。该研究成果可为绝缘子铁帽防腐蚀研究提供参考。The iron caps of porcelain and glass insulators on UHV DC transmission line are seriously corroded.The safe and effective anti-corrosion measures are of great significance for the stable operation of the power system.In order to determine the key parameters of isolation coating spraying on the surface of insulator iron cap,a three-dimensional finite element model of insulator is established,the leakage current density and potential distribution under different isolation coating spraying conditions of the insulator iron cap surface were calculated,and the test verified the feasibility of isolation coating anti-corrosion of iron cap.The research results show that isolation coating can effectively reduce the leakage current density of the insulator iron cap.The maximum leakage current density of the insulator iron cap increases as the height of the isolation coating increases.The influence of isolation coating height variation on the surface potential distribution of insulators is small.PRTV can effectively prevent corrosion of the insulator iron cap,and can reduce the surface fouling speed of the insulator,improve the surface resistance of the insulator,and inhibit the insulator flash.The research results can provide reference for the research of anti-corrosion of insulator iron cap.
