食管动力及24 h食管pH测定在食管源性胸痛患者中的应用

摘　　要：探讨食管动力及24 h食管pH测定在食管源性胸痛患者中的临床应用价值。选择48例食管源性胸痛患者,对其开展食管动力及24 h食管pH测定,对比诊断结果。在48例食管源性胸痛患者中,经食管动力及24 h食管pH测定,食管正常者18例,占37.5%,食管功能异常者30例,占62.5%。其中,非特异性食管功能障碍患者18例,弥漫性食管痉挛患者4例,胡桃夹食管患者2例,贲门失弛缓症患者6例。食管动力及24 h食管pH测定在食管源性胸痛患者中的临床应用价值较高,有助于疾病的诊断及治疗。The research explores the clinical application value of esophageal dynamics and 24h esophagus pH measure in patients with esophageal chest pain.48 patients with esophageal chest pain are selected,and esophageal dynamics and 24h esophagus pH measure are developed to compare diagnosis results.Among 48 patients with esophageal chest pain,through esophageal dynamics and 24h esophagus pH measure,there are 18 patients with normal esophagus,accounting for 37.5%;and 30 abnormal esophagus,accounting for 62.5%.There are 18 patients with non-specific esophagus dysfunction,4 patients with diffuse esophagismus,2 patients with nutcracker esophagus patients,and 6 patients with achalasia of cardia.There is high clinical application value of esophageal dynamics and 24h esophagus pH measure in patients with esophageal chest pain,and it is beneficial to the disease diagnosis and treatment.
