摘　　要：通过分析渗漏发生的原因发现渗漏问题体现在施工过程的多个方面,需要更有针对性地进行控制,合理用防渗技术,有效控制屋面、地下室、门窗、外墙以及厨卫的渗漏。要加强施工过程监管,对施工中的细节予以把握,保障房屋建设的整体工程质量。Through the analysis of the causes of leakage,the research finds the leakage problems reflecting in many aspects in construction process.So we need to control more targetedly;rationally utilize impermeable technology,effectively control the leakage of roof,basement,doors and windows,outer wall and kitchen and bath;strengthen the supervision in construction;pay attention to the details in the construction,guarantee the overall project quality of the housing construction.
