摘　　要：为促进装配式混凝土建筑的广泛应用,分析了装配式混凝土建筑的优势,即减少施工量,缩短工期,减少能耗,保护环境,降低了气候对施工的影响。存在的主要问题是传统设计导致大量非标准构件制作、运输与施工不便,建筑成本较高,施工管理水平有待提高,容易出现防水问题。提出了解决措施,应采用标准化设计,降低建筑成本,提高从业人员的技术水平,加大研发力度,不断提高技术水平。In order to promote the wide application of fabricated concrete construction,the research analyzes the advantages of fabricated concrete construction,i.e.the reduction of construction,time and energy consumption,environment protection and the decrease of the influence of climate on construction.There are problems of traditional design,inconvenience of building,transportation and construction caused by a large number of nonstandard component,relatively high cost of construction,the need of improvement of construction management level,and the waterproof problem.Countermeasures are proposed.We should adopt standard design,reduce construction cost,improve the practitioner technological level,increase scientific and research level,and continuously improve technological level.
