摘 要:传统食用菌种植技术培训模式由于集中地点、固定时间,因此不适合农民技术培训。微课以视频为主,短小精悍、主题突出、交互性强、方便快捷,而且使用手机就可以学习,克服了农民文化程度基础薄弱、时间碎片化的弱点,农民运用微课培训能够掌握食用菌种植技术。微课培训食用菌种植技术,需要建设丰富的微课资源,搭建使用方便、运行稳定的微课平台。政府主导,精心组织开展培训活动才能保证培训质量。The traditional technical training model is not suitable for farmers′ technical training in a centralized location and fixed time. The micro-lecture is based on videos, with short, terse and pithy, prominent themes, highly interactive, convenient and fast, and can be learned through mobile phones, which could overcome the weaknesses of farmers′ poor educated and weak-based of farmers′ educational level and fragment time. Farmers could master edible fungus planting techniques by using micro-lecture. Micro-lecture training of edible fungus planting technology requires the construction of rich micro-lecture resources, a convenient and stable micro-lecture platform. The quality of training could be guaranteed only when the government takes the lead in meticulous organization and carrying out the training activities.
