摘 要:用于拖动水泵负载的同步电动机在设计时,需要考虑水泵的负载特性,通常情况下要求电机具有较高的牵入转矩,而对起动转矩一般不具有较高要求。为了适当调整牵入转矩和起动转矩,可以采用不同材质的阻尼条组成混合笼条,使得阻尼笼的平均电阻率达到设计所需数值,同时混合笼条结构在制造周期、材质可靠性及成本方面具有一定优势。由于采用混合笼条结构时,不同材质的阻尼条在每个磁极上的分布位置对电机的转矩性能有一定影响,所以混合笼条如何分布应该加以考虑。When designing a synchronous motor of driving a water pump load, it is necessary to consider the load characteristics of the water pump. Generally, the motor is required to have a higher pull-in torque, but not for the starting torque. In order to adjust the pull-in torque and starting torque properly, the damping bars with different materials can be hybridized to form the cage bar, so the average resistivity of the damping cage can reach the design value. At the same time, the structure of hybrid cage has certain advantages in manufacturing cycle, material reliability and cost. When the hybrid cage bar structure is adopted, the distribution position of different damping bars on each pole has a certain influence on the torque performance of the motor, so the distribution of the hybrid cage bar should be considered.
