摘  要:电机温升高问题是目前困扰电机行业多年的一个难题,分别从电机损耗和通风系统进行研究,找出影响电机温升的主要因素,有针对性的逐一解决,通过试验对比,验证方法的有效性,进而固化解决电机温升问题的方法,消除电机温升高问题,延长电机的使用寿命,对提高电机使用可靠性具有重要意义。The problem of high temperature rise is always a difficult one that has plagued the motor industry for many years. This paper studies the motor loss and ventilation system respectively, finds the main factors that affect the motor temperature rise and solves them one by one. Through the test comparison, the effectiveness of the method is verified, and then the method is solidified to solve the problem of temperature rise, the problem of high temperature rise is eliminated and the service life of the motor is extended. It has a great significance to improve the reliability of motor.
