摘  要:防爆电机在很多地方都强于普通电机,这种电机在运行时不会产生电火花,在一些易燃场所使用它特别合适,可以避免爆炸事件发生,保证工作人员生命、财产安全。正弦绕组具有精度高、谐波强度低等诸多优点,是一种单层和双层混合绕组。正弦绕组技术可以削弱防爆电机的高次谐波磁势,同时还可以将电机损耗降低。就防爆电机产品设计中正弦绕组技术的应用进行论述,希望可以为相关工作人员提供参考。The explosion-proof motors are superior to ordinary motors in many aspects. This kind of motors will not produce spark when running, suits to use in some flammable places particularly, and can avoid the occurrence of explosion to ensure the life and property safety of staff. The sinusoidal winding has many advantages, including high precision and low harmonic intensity, which is a kind of single-and double-layer hybrid winding. The sinusoidal winding technology can weaken the high-order harmonic magnetic potential of the explosion-proof motor and reduce the loss of the motor at the same time. This paper discusses the application of sinusoidal winding technology in the design of explosion-proof motor products, and hopes to provide some reference for the related workers.
