摘　　要：新时代劳动精神融入思想政治教育是落实立德树人根本任务的应然需求、弘扬社会主义核心价值观的实然需要、增强思想政治教育针对性的必然需要。如何更好地推动劳动精神融入思想政治教育要从坚持内容本位,强化思政教学育人实效;创设话语场域,契合时代话语传播需求;弘扬劳动文化,提升校园文化育人效果;铸造实践品性,增设劳动养成多维路径等四个方面着手。Integrating the labor spirit in the new era into ideological and political education is the need of implementing the fundamental task of moral education,promoting core socialist values and enhancing the pertinence of ideological and political education.How to better promote the integration of labor spirit into ideological and political education should be based on the content standard,strengthen the actual effect of ideological and political education and education,create a discourse field to meet the discourse dissemination needs of the times,promote labor culture and improve the education effect of campus culture,form practice character,and add labor to develop a multi-dimensional path.
