考虑粪污资源化利用湖南生猪养殖的最优规模选择

摘　　要：湖南省作为我国的生猪养殖大省之一,生猪养殖不断向着规模化方向发展。研究生猪养殖规模与经济效益之间的关系对于指导湖南省生猪规模化养殖具有重要意义。本文基于湖南生猪养殖3种不同的规模,选取2008—2018年的相关数据对其养殖成本、成本利润率等指标进行分析,然后加入生猪养殖粪污处理成本和收益指标,运用灰色局势决策法进一步测度了不同生猪养殖规模的综合效益。结果表明:大、中规模生猪养殖经济效益较好;若考虑粪污资源化利用成本收益,中规模养殖的综合效益更高。因此,湖南应以发展中规模养殖为主,政府也应积极引导和鼓励养殖场(户)发展中规模养殖,根据当地的粪污资源化容量作为参考指标,结合不同规模养殖场的社会经济特性实施差别化政策,推动湖南生猪规模养殖绿色可持续发展。Hunan province is one of the major pig breeding provinces in our country and the pig breeding shows a trend of large-scale production.The relationship between studying pig breeding scale and economic benefits is of great significance for guiding the large-scale pig breeding in Hunan province.Based on three different scales of Hunan pig breeding,this paper selects relevant data from 2008 to 2018 to analyze its breeding cost,cost and profit margin and other indicators,and then adds the cost and profit indicators of pig breeding manure treatment costs.The grey situation decision method are adopted to measure comprehensive benefits of different pig farming scales.The results show that the economic benefits of large-scale and medium-scale pig breeding are better.If the cost and benefit of manure resource utilization are considered,the comprehensive of medium-scale breeding are higher.Therefore,Hunan should focus on developing large-scale aquaculture.and the government should also actively guide and encourage breeding farms(households)to develop medium-scale aquaculture.The government should take on the local manure resource capacity as a reference indicator,combined with the socio-economic characteristics of farms of different scales to implement differentiated policies to promote the green and sustainable development of large-scale pig breeding in Hunan.
