摘　　要：踝关节骨性关节炎(OA)是一种进展性疾病,踝关节疼痛和功能障碍是患者生活质量下降的主要因素。选择合适的截骨术能够恢复踝关节的正常生物力线,缓解疼痛,改善功能,预防和延缓踝关节OA的进展。近年来踝周截骨术在内翻型踝关节OA患者治疗中得到认可,包括踝上截骨术、跟骨截骨术,以及前足、中足截骨术。Ankle osteoarthritis(OA)is a progressive disease.Pain and dysfunction are the main factors for the de⁃cline of patients'quality of life.Appropriate osteotomy can restore the normal biomechanical line of ankle joint,relieve pain,improve function,prevent and delay the progress of ankle OA.In recent years,peri-ankle osteotomy has been recog⁃nized in the treatment of patients with ankle OA.Including supraankle osteotomy,calcaneal osteotomy,forefoot and mid⁃foot osteotomy.
