摘  要:针对机械设备振动信号状态监测中多通道高频采样时数据吞吐量大导致的网络带宽、存储空间和计算资源占用高及通信成本高的问题,基于TMS320F28335型数字信号处理器设计一种8通道信号采集及边缘计算系统,完成振动信号的采集以及信号在边缘端的初步处理;基于该系统主要元件包括微机电系统加速度计、AD7606型模数转换采样芯片和CH395L型以太网协议栈芯片,完成系统的硬件设计,并利用子带编码技术,实现边缘计算算法在该系统的部署。结果表明,该系统能有效地采集机械设备的振动信号,基于子带编码的边缘计算方法提高了振动信号的信息密度,系统计算结果表示了机器的健康状态,可有效地用于机械设备的状态监测与进一步故障诊断。Aiming at the problems of high occupation of network bandwidth,storage space,and computing resource,as well as high communication cost caused by large data throughput as multi-channel and high-frequency sampling in vibration signal condition monitoring of mechanical equipment,an 8-channel signal acquisition and edge computing system was designed to complete vibration signal acquisition and preliminary processing of signals at the edge based on TMS320F28335 digital signal processor.Hardware of the system was designed based on main components of the system including micro electro mechanical system accelerometers,AD7606 analog-to-digital conversion sampling chip,and CH395L ethernet hardware protocol stack chip.Deployment of edge computing algorithm was realized in the system by using sub-band coding technology.The results show that the system can effectively collect vibration signals of mechanical equipment.The edge computing method based on sub-band coding increases information density of vibration signals.The system calculation results show health status of the machine,which can be effectively used for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment.
