基于数据挖掘技术探析大敦穴主治优势病症和配伍规律

摘　　要：目的:运用现代统计学和数据挖掘技术,探析大敦穴主治优势病症和配伍规律。方法:以中华人民共和国成立(1949年10月1日)为时间节点,1949年10月以前以《中华医典》第5版及《中国近代中医药期刊汇编》为检索源;1949年10月以后以中国知网、万方数据平台、维普期刊资源、中国医学文献数据库、Web of Science、Pubmed等数据库为检索源,筛选文献,建立SQL Server数据库,运用SPSS Modeler对数据进行描述性分析及关联规则分析。结果:1949年10月以前,纳入医籍122部,条文共计460条,单穴、配伍优势病症为14种、10种,配伍腧穴147穴。1949年10月以后,共纳入文献42篇,单穴、配伍优势病症4种、7种,配伍腧穴43穴。结论:大敦穴主治病症以内科、妇科、外科为主,最优主治病症疝气,最优配穴三阴交;配伍规律以本经配穴、表里经配穴、交接经配穴、同名经配穴、上下配穴及大接经法为主。Objective:To explore the major indications and compatibility regularity of Dadun point(LR1)by modern statistics and data mining technology.Methods:The founding of the People’s Republic of China(October,1 st,1949)was taken as the time node,and the fifth edition of the Chinese Medical Classic and the Compilation of Modern Chinese Medicine Journals were used as the retrieval sources for literature before October 1949.Literature after October 1949 was mainly searched from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data Platform,VIP Journal Resources,Chinese Medical Literature Database,Web of Science,and Pub Med.SQL Server database was established and SPSS Modeler was used to describe the data and analyze the association rules.Results:Before October 1949,122 medical books were included,with 460 articles in total.The number of major indications of single point and combined points was 14 and 10 respectively,and there were 147 combined points.After October 1949,42 articles were included.The number of major indications of single point and combined points was 4 and 7 respectively,and there were 43 combined points.Conclusions:The major indications of Dadun point include the diseases of internal medicine,gynecology and surgery,the superior indication is hernia,the superior compatibility is with Sanyinjiao point(SP6).The compatibility regularity is mainly based on combining acupoints of origin meridian,combining acupoints of the exterior and interior meridians,combining acupoints of connecting meridians,combining acupoints of meridians with the same name,combining the upper and lower acupoints and the method of large connection.
