摘  要:在传统环己酮精馏工艺中,真空是通过蒸汽喷射泵带走精馏塔内的有机尾气而获得的,蒸汽和抽真空出来的有机尾气混在一起产生大量废水,废水中有机组分含量低、成分复杂,无法实现有效回收。采用干式真空泵并配套自动控制及回收系统将精馏工序的尾气稳定抽出,尾气经冷凝后可直接回收利用,不仅能节约蒸汽,而且无废水产生,达到节能及回收尾气的目的。In the traditional cyclohexanone rectification process,the vacuum is obtained by taking away the organic tail gas in the rectification tower through the steam jet pump.The steam and the organic tail gas extracted from the vacuum are mixed together to produce a large amount of waste water,which cannot be effectively recovered because of the low content of organic components and complex composition.A dry vacuum pump which supporting an automatic control and recovery system are used to stablely extract the tail gas from the rectification process.The tail gas can be directly recycled after condensation,which not only saves steam,but also produces no wastewater,achieving the purpose of energy saving and tail gas recovery.
