一次性切开挂线根治术在肛周脓肿患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一次性切开挂线根治术在肛周脓肿治疗中的安全性、有效性。方法收集2018年8月至2019年5月就诊于山西省肿瘤医院的130例肛周脓肿患者,根据手术方式的不同将患者分为传统切开引流术组(对照组)和一次性切开挂线根治术组(观察组)。分析2组患者治疗有效率、手术时间、术后住院时间、创面愈合时间、住院费用、术后并发症(创面感染、肛门失禁)发生率、疼痛程度等。结果观察组患者在手术时间、疼痛程度、住院费用、术后创面感染、肛门失禁、有效率、复发率方面与对照组患者相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者在术后住院时间、创面愈合时间方面与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性切开挂线根治术不仅可有效排出脓液,而且可降低肛瘘、脓肿复发等并发症的发生率,具有较高的安全性、有效性。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of disposable incision combined with radical thread-drawing therapy in the treatment of perianal abscess.Methods A total of 130 patients with perianal abscess admitted to Shanxi Provincial Tumor Hospital between August 2018 and May 2019 were included as the subjects in the study.According to different surgical methods,the patients were divided into the control group(conventional incision drainage)and the study group(disposable incision combined with radical thread-drawing therapy).The effective rate,operation time,postoperative length of hospital stay,time to wound healing,hospitalization cost,incidence of postoperative complications(wound infection,anal incontinence)and pain degrees were determined.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the operation time,pain degrees,hospitalization cost,postoperative wound infection,anal incontinence,effective rate and recurrence rate between the study group and control group(all P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the postoperative length of hospital stay and time to wound healing between the study group and control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Disposable incision combined with radical thread-drawing therapy may not only effectively drain the pus,but also reduce the incidence of complications such as anal fistula and abscess recurrence,with high safety and efficacy.
