摘 要:目的了解山西北部某燃煤电厂土壤汞污染水平及其致居民健康风险,为燃煤汞污染控制提供依据。方法选择山西北部某燃煤电厂下风向距电厂2.5 km的A村为电厂区,选取电厂上风向距电厂10.5km的B村为对照区,对土壤、主要农作物中汞含量进行测定;采用美国环保局(USEPA)提出的非致癌物质健康风险评价模型,对电厂区及对照区居民食物摄入汞及土壤皮肤接触汞的健康风险进行评价。结果燃煤电厂周围土壤汞含量低于《土壤环境质量农用地土壤污染风险管控标准》(试行)(GB15618-2018)农用土壤污染风险筛选值1.3 mg/kg,摄入食物及务农接触含汞土壤致电厂区及对照区居民的健康风险分别为4.03×10^(-6)和3.35×10^(-7)。结论某燃煤电厂运行释放的汞对周围土壤污染风险较低,对居民健康处于较低风险水平。Objective To determine the level of mercury pollution in soil around a coal-fired power plant in northwestern Shanxi province and its health risks to residents,and to provide a basis for the control of coal-fired mercury pollution.Methods Village A located in downwind direction and 2.5 km away from a coal-fired power plant in northwestern Shanxi province was included as the power plant area,and the village B located in upper wind direction and 10.5 km away from the coal-fired power plant was included as the control area.The mercury content in the soil and main crops was determined.The non-carcinogenic health risk assessment model proposed by the United States Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)was used.The health risks of food intake of mercury and skin exposure to mercury via soil for the residents in the power plant area and control area were assessed.Results The soil mercury content in soil around the coal-fired power plant was lower than the agricultural soil pollution risk screening value of 1.3mg/kg in the Soil Environmental Quality-Risk Control Standard for Soil Contamination of Agricultural Land(Trial)(GB15618-2018).The health risks of food intake of mercury and agricultural exposure to mercury via soil for the residents in the power plant area and control area were 4.03×10^(-6) and 3.35×10^(-7),respectively.Conclusion The mercury released from a coal-fired power plant shows a low risk of pollution to the surrounding soil and a relatively low risk to the health of residents.
